Background Subtraction

A window opens showing the data average spectrum with two regions: one for background interpolation (light-green) and one for signal integration (wheat-color). The main tool canvas then displays the background-subtracted signal. As before, you can shift the integration window by moving the horizontal scroll bars in the right-upper corner of the tool. Alternatively, you can click and dragg the signal window in the average spectrum display - these options are equivalent.

The background extrapolation window can be shifted as well - just click at the background window in the average spectrum display and the control will be set to the background.

Scrolling Spectrum

For better visualization of the background extrapolation Open Button and Open Button buttons expanding or contracting the intensity scale are available.

.

The width of the window can be currently controlled only from the main tool scroll bar - "integrated within...".scroll slides
