We updated the STEMCor tool with new functionality. I particular, a smooth package treatment of STEM series is now available. In parallel, an open-source DigitalMicrograph is published. This script makes easy acquisition and saving such a series.

On top of that, several bugs in the tool have been fixed. Further development of STEMCor is planned in the nearest time. PLease follow the updates.
